ลองเข้าไปดูใน PNR History ก็จะเห็นว่า FM ถูกสร้างมาจาก BKKTG21X6 แต่ตั๋วใบนี้จริงๆ แล้วต้องออกที่ BKKIQ3118

Solution:

เพราะฉนั้น เอเย่นต์ต้องทำการลบ FM ออกก่อน และใส่เข้าไปใหม่บน Office ID ของ TG ET-Direct จึงจะสามารถออกตั๋วได้ตามปกติ
