สาเหตุเกิดจาก เอเย่นต์ใช้ Plate ของสายการบินหนึ่ง (NZ) ออกบัตรโดยสารของอีกสายการบินหนึ่ง (PX) โดยที่ไม่มี Flight ของสายการบินที่เป็นเจ้าของ Plate อยู่ใน PNR

แนะนำให้เอเย่นต์จอง Flight ของ NZ เข้าไปใน PNR แล้วจะสามารถออกบัตรโดยสารได้

หลังจากนั้นจึงทำการ Cancel Flight ของ NZ ออกไป
