จากการตรวจสอบใน PNR พบว่าเอเย่นต์มีการขอ Special Request (SR) ไว้แล้วหลาย Element ตามด้านล่าง

มีการขออาหารพิเศษสำหรับผู้โดยสาร โดยแยกขอให้เป็นรายบุคคล และแยกแต่ละ Segment อีกด้วย

Solution:

เนื่องจากระบบมีข้อจำกัดในการใส่ SR Element ได้เพียงแค่ 127 Element เท่านั้น (HE SR) วิธีการแก้ปัญหา คือ ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการ Associate Passenger และ Segment กับ SR ที่ต้องการขอเหมือนกัน เช่น ผู้โดยสารคนที่ 1-30 ต้องการ Seafood Meal เหมือนกัน สามารถใช้คำสั่ง SR SFML/P1-30
