Solution:

เมื่อเอเย่นต์ได้รับข้อความ Error ที่ระบบตอบกลับมา ให้เอเย่นต์ใช้คำสั่ง: TRF สังเกตุได้จากเวลาดึง Refund Record ตรง Tax Refund จะเป็นศูนย์ (0)

เมื่อเอเย่นต์ใช้คำสั่ง: TRFT เข้าไปดู จะพบว่าระบบไม่ได้ทำการเก็บภาษีเข้ามาเลย เอเย่นต์ต้องทำการใส่เข้าไปเองอีกครั้ง

ในกรณีที่เอเย่นต์ไม่ทราบจำนวนภาษี สามารถตรวจสอบได้โดยการดึงบัตรโดยสารขึ้นมา ใช้คำสั้ง TWD/TKT ตามด้วยหมายเลขบัตรโดยสาร จากนั้นใช้คำสั่ง TWD/TAX ระบบจะแสดงภาษีทั้งหมดให้ ดังตัวอย่างด้านล่าง

จากนั้นให้นำภาษีทุกตัวมาใส่เข้าไปใน Refund Record โดยใช้คำสั่งด้านล่าง
