เพื่อนๆ เอเย่นต์อาจจะเจอ Error ดังกล่าวข้างต้น ตอนทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อผู้โดยสารใน Group PNR

ยกตัวอย่าง เช่น ถ้าต้องการจะเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อผู้โดยสารคนที่ 1 โดยปกติเราจะใช้คำสั่ง 1G ในการเปลี่ยน (ซึ่ง 1 คือ ผู้โดยสารลำดับที่ 1 และ G คือ Mandatory) หลังจากที่ใช้คำสั่งดังกล่าวแล้ว ถ้าเอเย่นต์ทำการใส่ชื่อที่ถูกต้องลงไปเลย ก็จะเจอ Error นี้

Solution:

สำหรับวิธีการแก้ไข คือ ต้องทำการ ER (End of Transaction) หลังจากใช้คำสั่ง 1G ให้เรียบร้อยเสียก่อน

ขั้นตอนจะเป็นดังนี้ คือ

1. ดึง RT Code ขึ้นมา

2. ใช้คำสั่ง RTN เพื่อดูเฉพาะรายชื่อของผู้โดยสาร

3. ใช้คำสั่ง 1G เพื่อทำการลบชื่อของผู้โดยสารท่านที่ 1 ออก

หลังจากใช้คำสั่งนี้ ส่วนของ Group Name จะมี 1 ที่คืนมาในส่วนของ Unassigned Name

จากนั้นจึงสามารถทำการใส่ชื่อใหม่ที่ถูกต้องลงไปได้
