เอเย่นต์ต้องการที่จะ Void บัตรโดยสารหมายเลข 217-2423513963 แต่ไม่สามารถทำได้ โดยมี Error ตามด้านล่าง

ตรวจสอบทั้งในหน้า PNR และ TWD ตามด้านล่าง รายละเอียดทั้ง 2 หน้า ตรงกันทุกอย่าง

Solution:

สาเหตุเกิดจากเอเย่นต์อาจจะทำการแก้ไข PNR บางอย่าง แล้วยังไม่ได้ RF…;ER ให้เรียบร้อย ดังนั้นเอเย่นต์สามารถทำการแก้ไขได้ 2 แบบ คือ

1. ทำการ End of Transaction (RF...;ER) เพื่อบันทึกสิ่งที่แก้ไขให้เรียบร้อย

2. พิมพ์ IR เพื่อให้ระบบยกเลิก (Ignore) สิ่งที่ทำการแก้ไข และดึง PNR (Redisplay) ขึ้นมาใหม่โดยที่ยังไม่มีการแก้ไขอะไร

หลังจากนั้นเอเย่นต์จะสามารถดึง ETKT Record จาก PNR (TWD/L…) ขึ้นมาทำการ Void ได้ตามปกติ ดังตัวอย่างด้านล่าง
