เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถทำการ Price Fare ของ Segment ที่ 7 ให้กับผู้โดยสารคนที่ 1 ได้ โดยมี Error ขึ้นตามด้านล่าง

จากการตรวจสอบในหน้า PNR พบว่ามีการระบุ FV ให้กับผู้โดยสารทุกคนของ Segment ที่ 7 ดังบรรทัดที่ 53

Solution:

เนื่องจากในกรณีนี้ เอเย่นต์ต้องการที่จะ Price Fare เฉพาะผู้โดยสารคนที่ 1 เท่านั้น ดังนั้นให้เอเย่นต์ทำการลบ FV ในบรรทัดที่ 53 ทีมีการระบุทุกคนใน PNR ออก แล้วให้ใส่ FV แยกเป็นของแต่ละบุคคลแทน

โดยใช้คำสั่งดังนี้ FVQR/S7/P1

เอเย่นต์จึงจะสามารถทำการ Pricing Fare สำหรับ ผู้โดยสารคนที่ 1 ตามที่ต้องการได้
