เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถทำการสร้าง Passive Segment ได้ขึ้นข้อความ Error ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

โดยทั่วไปแล้วการสร้าง PNR บนระบบ Amadeus จะสามารถทำได้โดยมีจำนวนผู้โดยสารสูงสุดแค่ 99 คนเท่านั้น ซึ่งถือเป็น Group PNR นั่นเอง แต่ในกรณีนี้เอเย่นต์ทำการสร้าง Passive Segment โดยใส่จำนวนผู้โดยสารถึง 100 คน จึงไม่สามารถทำได้

วิธีแก้ไข คือ ต้องทำการแยก Passive Booking ออกเป็น 2 Booking โดยแบ่งจำนวนผู้โดยสาร Booking ละ ไม่เกิน 99 คน (ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องติดต่อสายการบินเพื่อ Split Booking ฝั่งสายการบินให้ตรงกับ Passive Booking ที่เอเย่นต์จะทำการสร้างด้วย มิเช่นนั้นก็จะออกตั๋วไม่ได้)

อนึ่ง หากเอเย่นต์ใช้คำสั่งในการ Passive ไม่ถูกต้อง ระบบก็จะแจ้งเตือนด้วยข้อความดังกล่าวด้วยเช่นกัน ดังตัวอย่างทางด้านล่างมีการใส่ Action Code กับเวลาเดินทางสลับกัน
