07JAN ได้ ทั้งๆ ที่ได้ระบุ SOF ลงไปในคำสั่งแล้ว ขึ้นข้อความ Error ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

เนื่องจากว่าการดึง Report ของ TG ET-Direct ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Query Report (TJQ), Net Remit Report (TJN), Daily Report (TJD) ของทุก Sign In ใน Office จำเป็นจะต้องใช้ Sign In ที่มี Duty Code เป็น SU เท่านั้น

ซึ่งทาง Amadeus ได้กำหนดให้ทุกเอเย่นต์ใช้ Sign In หมายเลข 8899TG/SU แต่จากการตรวจสอบ พบว่า Sign In ที่เอเย่นต์ใช้ในการ JUM เข้า TG ET-Direct มี Duty Code เป็น AS จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถดึง Report ของทุก Sign ได้

ดังนั้นเอเย่นต์จะต้องทำการ Sign In ใหม่โดยใช้ Sign In 8899TG/SU จึงจะสามารถดึง Report ได้
