Description:
เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถทำ Refund บัตรโดยสารในหน้า TG E-Direct (xxxIQ31xx) ได้ ขึ้น Error ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:
จากการตรวจสอบหน้า Refund Record โดยใช้คำสั่ง TRF217-2470599033/T-TG ขึ้นมาดู
พบว่ามี FP อยู่ถึง 2 ตัว ซึ่งโดยปกติแล้ว FP จะต้องมีเพียงแค่ตัวเดียวและจะต้องเป็น FPCASH เสมอ

ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการลบ FP ตัวที่ 2 ที่ไม่ใช่ FPCASH ออกโดยใช้คำสั่ง TRFU/FP2

จากนั้นให้ใส่ค่า Cancellation Fee โดยใช้คำสั่ง TRFU/CP1000A

หลังจากนั้นเอเย่นต์จึงจะสามารถทำการจบ Refund ได้ตามปกติ โดยใช้คำสั่ง TRFP
