Description:

เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถใส่ Net Fare เข้าไปในหน้ากากตั๋วของ TG E-Direct ได้ ขึ้นข้อความ Error ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

สังเกตุหน้ากากตั๋วที่เอเย่นต์ต้องการที่จะใส่ Net Fare เพิ่มเข้าไป พบว่าเอเย่นต์ทำการ Price ราคาเป็นแบบ Nego (/R,U)

ซึ่งโดยส่วนมากแล้ว หน้ากากตั๋วของ Nego Fare ที่ทางสายการบินโหลดเข้ามาในระบบอะมาดิอุส มักจะมี Net Fare ให้มาอยู่แล้ว เอเย่นต์สามารถดึงดูได้ โดยใช้คำสั่ง TQN/TX (X = หน้ากากตั๋วที่ต้องการจะดู)
