เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถทำ Refund ตั๋วได้ ขึ้น Error ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

ทำการเช็คหน้าตั๋ว พบว่า Status เป็น O (Open) ตามปกติ

เช็ค HEETTEY ว่าสายการบินอนุญาตให้ทำ Refund ผ่านระบบได้หรือไม่

หลังจากใช้คำสั่ง HEETTEY แล้วให้มองหา TH (Thailand) ซึ่งพบว่าอยู่ภายให้หัวข้อ MS108

ต่อจากนั้นให้ใช้คำสั่ง MS108 เพื่อเข้าไปดูข้อมูลของสายการบิน EY ในตลาดประเทศไทย

จากนั้นให้กด MD (Move Down) ไปยังหน้าถัดไป

ดูในส่วนของ Refund จะพบว่ามีค่าเท่ากับ Y แสดงว่า สามารถทำการ Refund ผ่านระบบได้ตามปกติ

เช็ค PV/C เพื่อดูว่า Plate ของสายการบิน EY โดนปิดหรือไม่

จากข้อมูล Plate ทางด้านบน พบว่าไม่มี Plate ของสายการบิน EY อยู่ในระบบ แนะนำให้เอเย่นต์ทำการติดต่อสายการบินเพื่อสอบถามเรื่องการเปิด Plate

เมื่อได้รับการเปิด Plate จากทางสายการบินแล้ว ให้เอเย่นต์ลองทำการ Refund ดูอีกครั้งหนึ่ง
