สาเหตุเกิดจากเอเย่นต์ใช้คำสั่งในการ Split PNR ไม่ครบถ้วน หากไม่ได้ใส่คำสั่งใดคำสั่งหนึ่งจะไม่สามารถจบการเปลี่ยนแปลง Booking ได้ ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการ Split PNR อีกครั้งโดยระบุคำสั่งที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ดังตัวอย่างด้านล่าง

วิธีการ Split PNR

1. RT CODE ที่ต้องการจะ Split ขึ้นมา

2. เอเย่นต์สามารถ Split ได้ทั้ง Non-Group PNR และ Group PNR

2.1 Non-Group PNR และ Group PNR ที่ใส่ชื่อแล้ว

ใช้คำสั่ง SP2 หรือ SP2, 5 (หมายถึง Split คนที่ 2 และ 5 ออกจาก Booking หลัก)

2.2 Group PNR ที่ยังไม่ได้ใส่ชื่อ
