กรณีที่เอเย่นต์ทำการ Price ราคาแบบ Full Fare โดยมีการใส่ Selling Fare และ Net Fare ลงไปในหน้ากากตั๋ว แต่ไม่สามารถออกตั๋วได้ขึ้นข้อความ Error ตามด้านล่างนี้

Solution:

จากหน้ากากตั๋วที่แสดงพบว่าเอเย่นต์ใส่ Net Fare เท่ากับ Full Fare (269210)

โดยปกติแล้วหากเอเย่นต์ต้องการออกตั๋วที่ Net และ Full Fare มีค่าเท่ากัน จะต้องออกโดยใส่ Commission Type แบบ Percentage จะไม่สามารถใส่ Commission แบบ Amount ควบคู่กับการใส่ Net Fare ได้

ดังนั้นเอเย่นต์สามารถแก้ไขได้ดังนี้

1. TTE (เพื่อลบหน้ากากตั๋วเดิม)

2. FXP/R,VC-NH (เพื่อ Reprice Fare)

3. FM0 (ใส่ Commission ในกรณีนี้ NH ไม่ให้ Commission จึงเป็นค่าศูนย์)

4. FPCASH (ใส่ Form of Payment เป็น Cash)

5. FE (Restrictions) *

6. FTNR (Tour code) *

* เป็น Optional Field คือจะใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้

จากนั้นเอเย่นต์จะสามารถออกตั๋วได้ตามปกติ
