เอเย่นต์ทำการออกตั๋ว แต่มี Error ขึ้นตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

สาเหตุเกิดจากเอเย่นต์ยังไม่ได้ทำการ Up Printer ในวันนั้นๆ

สามารถเช็คได้โดยการใช้คำสั่ง KO* Printer Name ในระบบ Royal

จากด้านบน ให้สังเกตุในส่วนของ Active Days ซึ่งเป็นวันที่ทางเอเย่นต์ได้ทำการ Up Printer เพื่อออกตั๋ว (23AUG, 21AUG, 20AUG) แต่วันที่เอเย่นต์พบปัญหาในการออกตั๋วไม่ได้ คือ วันที่ 24AUG เพราะฉนั้นเอเย่นต์ต้องทำการ Down and Up Printer

คำสั่งในการ Down Printer คือ KOD Printer Name

คำสั่งในการ Up Printer คือ KOU Printer Name

จากนั้นลองกลับมาเช็คสถานะของ Printer โดยใช้คำสั่งเดิม คือ KO* Printer Name

จะสังเกตุได้ว่าในส่วนของ Active Days มีวันที่ 24AUG เพิ่มขึ้นมาแล้ว

จากนั้นให้เอเย่นต์ลองออกตั๋วโดยสารดูอีกครั้ง
